Thanks to the professional photographer for getting some pictures for me! Hence the reason for the watermark words across the photo of Trent! They are not the pretty pictures that I have been seeing from others but atleast its something!

A Good Run!

I have had to run this past week without my Garmin GPS watch & its driving me crazy! Trent lost it at the Ragnar Relay Race & we are trying to find a new one at a great price but in the mean time I have to run courses that I know the distance already.

So today was my 6 mile run & I don't have that long of a course yet so we did Trent's 4 mile run & my 2 mile run. I was tired but got through it all - with 2 bathroom stops! (when do they end?!!!) Anyways I just kept thinking it had to be longer than 6 so I hopped in my car & drove it & guess what? 7 miles!! Woohoo! I have never ran that far before! I was having a hard time with how long it took for the 6 miles but now knowing that it was 7 I am elated! My knee hurt just a bit but not like it has before so I am hoping that its almost better!

I am officially in marathon training!

End of school picures

So since the last post didn't have any pictures, I decided to check my camera & see what was on it & whattayaknow, pictures! I missed posting about the last week of school!

Sandstone Elementary celebrated their 10th year this year & had each of the grades performing their songs that they learned this year. After each class sang, they showed us their art work.

Lainee's class had their end of year program in the library & sang about check in & out the books! She even had 2 speaking parts!

And not to leave out Rigby...

apparently he is a full on, no shirt wearing boy now! He never used to go without a shirt! Not even to swim! But then a good friend, Ticee who has 4 boys, passed down some pajama pants that didn't come with a matching shirt so Rigby took that as "no more shirts!" So what started as just sleeping without a shirt has full blown into no more shirts! He seriously takes his shirt off every day! In fact he has been just hanging out in his swim shorts for the last few days!

Now as for these pictures, apparently after church he took off his shirt but couldn't get his tie off! And as for little yogamaster, I don't know where he got that from!! Oh but the pajama pants he's wearing are those mentioned previously that came without a shirt! Hahaha!

Trent's Fun Week

So Trent had a very fun week, unfortunately - even though I sent the camera with him, I have no pictures to go with it! He was lucky enough to get to go on a "work" trip to San Jose where they worked the greens of the Pasa Tiempo golf course & then "HAD" to spend Thursday at the US Open! He got to see all the great players right up close! Not to mention all the beautiful views of Pebble Beach!

After getting to be a part of that, he then flew to SLC to go run in the Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay race. He did awesome! He ran at a 7.11 pace & they ran 190 total miles throughout the day & night! Their team finished 16th overall! There were 1050+ teams!

He got home late Saturday night just in time for Fathers Day - which I don't have any pictures of either because I still didn't have my camera back. Lainee made him a cute little tie keychain which the idea came from The Friend magazine. Now that he is home, I am going to take him shopping for new clothes that actually fit him! He has slimmed down & toned up & gotten too small for his clothes! He is really looking good! So fun for me to get to shop & fun for Trent to get new clothes! Now we'll see if I can shop for him without buying me anything!

We are so lucky to have Trent as a husband & father! He is the best Dad there is! My girls are Daddy's girls all the way! We love you Dad!
